Here are the Main Ingredients:  4 cups Besan (gram flour), 2 cups Desi Ghee, cardamom powder, chopped almonds and Pistachios, Powdered sugar 2 cups

Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes

Serving: 4 to 5


Step 1

Take some desi ghee on non-stick pan and add some gram flour to it and sauté it on low heat and stirring it constantly for some time till it begins changing color and gives out a pleasant fragrance

Step 2

Add the cardamom powder, almonds and pistachio bits and blend. Remove pan from the stove and let it cool.

Step 3

Include the powdered sugar and blend well.

Step 4

Brush some ghee on a plate. Pour the gram flour blend and spread it equitably on the plate.

Step 5

Give some time to cool it and after that cut into square or stone formed pieces and serve.

Step 6

And now you can store in dry and airtight container
